Domovoy Digital is operated by DOMOVOY EXP, S.L. and presents our website, mobile product and AI services. The website does not accept payments or conclude service contracts. Project scope, pricing and terms are agreed separately.

Domovoy App is a product of the Domovoy group. The original development team and designer delivered its concept, design, development, publication and support. Evgenii Tikhnenko participated as owner and product manager. The original interface designs shown here may differ from the current application.
Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Example listings in interface designs are not studio recommendations or evidence of business results.
Interactive demonstration
The AI scenarios use fictional availability and bookings. When the live assistant is enabled, messages are processed through OpenAI; it cannot create real appointments, make payments or change business calendars. Its responses may be inaccurate and are not binding offers or professional advice.
The contact form sends an actual enquiry to Domovoy Digital. WhatsApp and other external links open third-party services when you choose to follow them.

Individual clients and complaints
We work with businesses and individuals. Sending an enquiry does not form a contract or require payment. Before contracting, the proposal or contract must specify scope, total price and taxes, deadlines, payments, support and cancellation terms.
For consumers entering distance contracts, a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period generally applies, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Starting a service during that period requires your express request; loss of the right after full performance requires the applicable legal conditions. An enquiry or assistant conversation is neither such a request nor a waiver.
You can submit a complaint to e.tikhnenko@domovoy.world or the registered address below, identifying the service and requested resolution. Keep a copy. You may also contact public consumer services; we do not claim membership of a consumer arbitration scheme.
