Evgenii Tikhnenko
Co-founder of Domovoy · Head of Domovoy Digital
Builds digital products and management systems that help businesses grow. With more than 12 years in fintech, IT and startups, he has led cross-functional teams, managed project portfolios worth over €40 million, and established project management offices and operational processes from scratch.
His focus is turning business goals into clear action plans: setting priorities, building teams and making execution predictable. Today, Evgenii leads Domovoy Digital and develops a digital ecosystem for construction and interior services, combining a product mindset with practical business management experience.
Anastasia Tikhnenko
Co-founder of Domovoy · Head of the interior studio
For more than 10 years, she has created interiors that combine aesthetics, functionality and the character of their owners. She personally develops concepts, makes key design decisions and oversees implementation, preserving the integrity of the vision at every stage.
Under her direction, a team of technical designers, visualisation artists and sourcing specialists takes projects from space planning and visualisations through to materials, furniture selection and design supervision. This experience brings attention to detail, an understanding of client needs and first-hand knowledge of how design decisions work in real life to Domovoy.
