Walk through it on a phone
Visit as a new customer: is the offer clear, can you find the service, and is contacting the team easy? Check menus, sticky headers, the keyboard and form messages on a small screen. Floating elements must not cover fields or actions. Test enlarged text as well as viewport widths.
Follow one enquiry
Send an agreed test enquiry and check where it is stored, who sees it and how they will respond. Show success only after confirmed storage. Test double clicks, network failures and an unavailable anti-bot check. Keep an alternative such as email or WhatsApp.
Make the form understandable
Every field needs a persistent label; every error should explain how to fix it. Preserve entered text after a failed submission. The web.dev forms guide explains labels and accessible controls. Require only information the team actually needs to handle the enquiry.
Check languages and URLs
Each language version needs a consistent title, description and primary URL. Language links must point to real translations. Check domain redirects, the sitemap and accidental indexing restrictions carried over from preview. Removing technical obstacles does not guarantee search rankings.
Assign responsibility after launch
Name the owners of the domain, hosting, content and incoming enquiries. Agree who updates material, investigates errors and restores the website. Privacy information must match connected services. Final acceptance includes testing the published environment: a successful local build does not prove enquiries arrive from the live website.
